Extremely well produced mixes.
I was really really impressed with the mixing in Involver. It's the way all mixes should be

Have there been any other mixes since Ivolver that are as good/better?
(even if they are slightly older than Involver, you can still tell me)
since involver..hummm...
disc 1 of asot 2005...
dunno if that matthew dekay - extrema outdoor is so old...but i like it too...
creamfields 2005 by ferry, disc 1...
Thanks man
Oh yeah, I heard that "G+D - Bloom" is almost as smooth as 005...
this true?
Involver still is one of my favorite CD's.
James Holden - Balance 005
Genius.
And Sasha - Fundacion is quite good aswell...every track is pretty much mashed with 3 other ones...especialy the first 40 minutes...
yeah its good

what about Bloom though, is it true?
you wouldnt be blowing your own trumpet would ya?
man, that sounded wierd

Yeah, Bloom is really smooth.
Only Involver and Balance005 imo. I can`t remember anything else.
Bloom is reeeeally smooth, but in some cases the mixes feel like they're dragging on too much.
The mixing on Fundacion is technically good, but I found the album just boring on the whole.
Ferry's Passport has decent mixing (especially CD 2). Long smooth transitions, which is reflected by the fact that there are only 9 tracks per CD, instead of short 30 second mixes like his Creamfields CD.
Most of the more commercial mix CD's nowadays will tend to focus more on the amount of tracks they can fit on the disc, rather than the mixing.
Quality not quantity!

Balance 005
Sasha - GU:013 (Disc 1)
Chris Fortier - Bedrock 3 (Disc 2)
Marlow - Moon Harbour Inhouse Flights Vol. 1
Lexicon Avenue - Forensic Science Exhibit A
The Forth - GU: Destinations
Chris Salt - Future House
Sasha & John Digweed - Northern Exposure (North Disc)
Aural Imbalance - Intuition
Moshic - DJ Magazine World Series: Progressive From Israel
Terry Lee Brown Jr. - Terry's Cafe 8
Armin van Buuren - Basic Instinct CD 1
Armin van Buuren - In Motion CD 1
Oakenfold - Travelling CD 1
Forbidden Paradise 12 - Changing Colors
just some of my favorites..
Involver is something special though, since Sasha teamed up with Barry Jamieson (Evolution) Junkie XL, and Charlie May (Spooky) to remix alot of the tracks on Involver.. which is an unique CD in the duration 1-8 imo.. while the 2 last tracks seems like uneccesary filler.. maybe 1 of 10 likes em though
I suggest u go buy Airdrawndagger, which isnt a mix, but still a great journey..
Politics of Dancing 1 and 2
although 1 was much better they are both pretty flawless with the continuous percussion
