I was considering getting pentagon I (with an upgrade to Sonar 5)
Someone reviewing that program stated that it was comperable to Arturia's Moog Modular V in terms of sound quality.
My question on that is: will the pentagon produce the same 'window vibrating bass' that the moog modular V will?
or is there another synth that I should be looking into? such as Maxx claster's 'bazzoid'
Any help would be appreciated!

I can't say about the Moog bass, but it's a great synth IMO, it's well worth the money.

PS: If you do get it, check out patcharena.com for new skins for it, I really don't like the standard skin and layout, but you can get some really fancy new looks for the synth

yes, it has a huge preset database of moog sounds. the synth itself is nothing amazing, but it's rgc:audio so expect class for what it is.
