4DJsOnly Says: Purple Haze - Eden / Rush, 09 January 2006 on Oxygen. Go there for audio.

Eden is good, Rush is better, I think. Though neither is as fantastically hot as Adrenaline.

meh, adrenaline is literally the only thing SVD has ever done that i've taken a dislike to before now. and i'm thinking i want to add eden to that list... sounded dull & forgettable with nothing interesting or energetic going for it. rush is pretty decent; definitely something i'd play, though still takes second place to 'push off me', which was awesome

So the 5 people above me in this post have never heard the track Nathan Fake - The Sky Was Pink (Holden Remix)...

its a pity...

cos if you had... you would have ZERO respect for Doorn.

I was just going to post about this. Total rip off - much worse than Lolo - Why ripping off Xpander.

lol, i thought eden sounded feintly familiar. i probably didn't pick up on it since i remember that track more for its fucked up bassline than the melodic section

like i say.. it's the inferior of the two anyway.

Yippeee

more ripped of copycat trance

I mean do they think no one will notice LOL

Posted by zoric on Nov-21-2005 19:49:

I didn't really like this one, It just fitted very well in a set that I heard it in.

Posted by EverZ on Nov-22-2005 00:28:

This indeed rips off Holden's remix, didn't even notice but when you listen to both you notice it's not just a small piece that sounds the same, but it's just copied.

Posted by eisbaer6 on Nov-22-2005 21:51:

Now that I have listened to them they do sound a ton a like, but I still like eden a lot.

The least impressive track in Sanders so far amazing catalogue. The Armin remix and the remix of Instrumental are however mental. This dude is completely on fire.

Just heard Pulser drop this on the weekend. First tiem hearing it I thought it was a fantastic track!

Before aking him what it was, I figured it sounded like a Mike Koglin remix of Adrenaline. I was wrong. Great track though! I'd like to hear it again!

Posted by [NL]aXe on Jan-03-2006 13:23:

For those who are interested, it's out now on 4DO. Samples included...

I'm doubting to buy it. Not Sander's best productions for sure, but still very nice though..

hahaha...I know a fellow FLTA who loves this track. I heard about this Nathan Fake song from a mixset I was listening to and you're right. It's too bad that this had to be a rip off. Other than that, I still think it's a great track.

The Sky Was Pink could have done without the epic-ifying/Adagio For Strings-ifying.

Posted by KAKAAKlol on Jan-04-2006 05:15:

Purple Haze - Eden 10/10
Purple Haze - Rush 10/10

Really worth buying release!!
