ATRC on Nip Tuck

Was watching nip tuck the other night (as i do every tuesday night) and i heard 'motorcycle - as the rush comes' coming in during the sex scene. Best part of the whole episode!

it sounded like the chillout remix of it.

and to the other person, no, it definitely did not suck.. was a very great episode

I wouldn't be suprised...G&D did the nip/tuck soundtrack. Not to mention the theme song.

Actually the theme song was produced by The Engine Room, G&D only remixed it!

And yes it was the chillout mix.

I remember when i found a song on my playlist after i started watching nip tuck by 'the engine room' with a g/d remix. When i played it and realized it was the theme song it weirded me out so bad, I like it though.

Same exact mix was on an episode of CSI: Miami about a year ago. But Nip/Tuck is always using fun songs in their episodes.

I've heard Juliet - Ride the Pain and Fischerspooner - Just Let Go

MOre but i've been drinking so I can't remember.

I still remember the first time I heard Mr. Tiddles in an episode I was like . Then the next time I heard On My Own with some people and I was like I can't believe this, I know this song!

Then there's the OC, I believe they played a Way out West song last season. They played lots of the Album Leaf's stuff too.

If there's one strength in most TV-Shows its their music choices. Most shows tend to avoid the general commercial jargon - which is a good thing for a neutral viewer.

sasha - fundamental was in the episode with the murder at the foamparty. jan johnston - flesh (tiesto remix) was in the episode when they was at that club. leftfield - phat planet (dave clarke mix) in the episode with the murder of an hangglider

Correct above, the OC featured "Melt."

Likewise, Csi Miami featured 3 mins of WOW's "Just Like a Man" (Instrumental) last season while cracking some skulls (literally).

And most recently, "Don't Forget Me" was liberally featured on Grey's Anatomy...at least someone is getting the word out.
