RJD2 - Since We Last Spoke.
Talib Kweli - The Beautiful Struggle.
Kanye West - Late Registration.
Aesop Rock - Fast Cars, Danger, Fire and Knives.
Roots Manuva - Awfully Deep.
Dizzee Rascal - Showtime.

RJD2 - Deadringer is a MUST.
Dizzee Rascal - Boy in da Corner, Showtime
Mr Lif. - Emergency Rations, I Phantom
Kanye West - Late Registration
Wu-Tang Clan - Greatest Hits
Sage Francis - Personal Journals
Del Tha Funkee Homosapien - Both Sides Of The Brain, also look at the album Deltron 3030, which was a collaboration with Kid Koala and Dan the Automator which was also under the name of Deltron 3030.
Not exactly rap or hip hop but The Streets - Original Pirate Material is good too.
