Old CDs - "Substance: Hard House and Trance"

Just heard about this which sounds interesting.

John 00 Fleming - Substance: Hard House and Trance (Underground Release, Mixtape #3)

All I know is that its quite old, which makes it more interesting. Couldnt find anything on discgos, but I suck at searching it.

Anyone any info on this or the others in the series?
