TR has already brought him here. he played an amzing set his mixing is top-fucking-notch. I have been following JonO'bir for a while now and have nothing but good things to say about his sets. And if Im not mistaken, he's on TA?

r u serious ??? when was it that he was here ??? and i demand he be brought back again lolz and yes u r right his mixing his track flow his energy behind the decks is just awesome. he reminds me of how Steve Helstrip or Johan gielen or Dumonde are behind the decks. just a fawkin delight to watch

it was a couple of years ago. it was also my first outing were i met some TAs. Emery was the only TA I knew and he tookd me around and introduced me to a few people. I believe I met Rich, Peter, and a few others...

He's got mixing abilities that's for sure, but to top Armin or Tiesto he needs a SHITLOAD of hits! You can't just be a DJ and expect to be on the same level as the top guys. He has a few 'co' productions under his belt, but until he makes a Communication or Sparkles, he'll be the underdog.

point well made hence i said in the coming years ... remember he is only 21 right now he only got started at 17 and by 19 he was a resident in one the top premier clubs in the world. although if u get a chance to speak with him he will tell ya his influence in the music is Armin lolz

I never heard any of his sets, but his productions/remixes are awesome. Met him here in SoFL.

yeah that was a good night with you and everyone else that time he came to TO. I also caught a bit of his opening set for PVD on NYE in NYC last year. a very killer combo on a killer night in a killer city!

He's good but there are alot of 'prodigies'. I would say that Menno De Jong, Niklas Harding, Vadim Zhukov, Sonicvibe, Aly & Fila, Galen Behr have as much or more talent as O'bir (considering age particularly). Anyhow, I'd personally rate these guys in the same category as the big guys.... all you have to do is look at the big boys play lists.

Tyler, you heard the Robert Nickson remix of Elevation-'Ocean rain'? Ch00n and a half in you haven't heard it yet.
