Electrovoya - Whispers/Effervesce (Fundamental)

Electrovoya "Whispers/Effervesce - Global Demand EP 003" (Fundamental Recordings)

I've been looking for Electrovoya's Effervesce for months and months now, unable to find the original vinyl, but now I see this release. However, all of the audio clips for the record don't sound like the Effervesce I know. Does anybody else notice this?

Here are some clips to check this out. Am I wrong about which track is Effervesce?

Hmm.

Your clip is actually Effervesce, the Juno one is Emotional Response

Can't listen to the 4dj's one since that requires a login

Oh, and, both tracks are pretty awesome

Hmm. I'd buy this record in a second if I could somehow guarantee that the sound samples are wrong on the websites and that it actually is Effervesce on the B-side, but I'm just not sure.

It's a bit confusing indeed. The sample on 4djsonly is also Emotional Response. Possibly Fundamental made a big mistake when pressing this vinyl, but maybe the websites made a mistake. I dunno. Anyone who has bought this vinyl?

judging by the picture on 4djsonly it looks like they were labelled that way

wrong labeled by Fundamental, there's no effervesce on it!!!

Posted by PsiKinesis on Nov-23-2005 06:24:

Damn. That's not good news for me. I wonder what, if anything, Fundamental will do about it.

Indeed there are some 300 wrongly pressed Whispers / Effervesce vinyls out there... A corrected pressing was release a week later so
1. you can exchange it if you want to / have the wrong one
2. you need to double check the vinyl in the shop if you are in search of Effervesce...

Sorry for the inconvenience...

Excellent duo, i love Electrovoya's productions, especially "Days like this"

the melody in 'Brisky // celestial' is nearly exactly the same as the one in 'whispers' ....i guessed he used the Midi from the electrovoya song..

Alright, so the new pressings have Effervesce on the B-side, which sounds good. I contacted Juno to see if they know if they've got the new & correct vinyls, but I'm not sure when they'll get back to me or if they'll know for certain. Does anyone know for sure so that I can order sooner rather than later?

How many trance tracks sound similar these days? Loads! Doesn't mean they all use the same midi does it? Twat.
