So, the Dallas P.D. I used to be a big fan....

they always kept the peace, broke up fights and took care of the riff raff.... until tonight. profiling at its full potential.

officer roughed up my roommate, bossed me around and literally threw a hissy fit over the fact we were driving a nice car. why? maybe it was the fact he might never afford a Viper. maybe it was the fact he has bleached blonde hair and should never be allowed to serve the P.D. to begin with. maybe it was the fact he felt immasculinated by the sheer presence of the Viper. whatever the case was he decided to harass us.

he begins by yelling at me. for no reason. he then continues to yell at my roommate. my roommate does nothing and yet somehow gets shoved into the wall by them (him and his partner). a bit forceful for the situation. realize, the only reason this happened is because they discovered he owned the car. after they rough up my roommate, they give me a warning not to "fuck with such a decorated officer".

so anyways, more shit went down, and i am filing a formal lawsuit. it was completely absurd and more than several witnesses have stepped forward saying they will testify leaving their phone numbers with me.

i supported the dallas p.d. until right about now. protect and serve? pfffffttttt..... get a real job if you're going to cry about not affording a car.

were you and him pulled over? how did the convo got exactly? pretty crazy shit. lucky I wasnt there and didnt see this..prolly woulda gotten myself arrested

i tried to get arrested. i talked plenty. they messed with ben the whole time instead. forcefully shoving him around.

it all started by a couple guys picking a fight with us. being jealous about the car telling us to "take our daddy's car home". which pissed off ben - for good reason. anyways, it was just stupid and completely unjustified what the cops did. they got in my face and started yelling at me. then, when they found out the car was ben's thats when they started shoving him around. threatening to take him to jail even though i was the one driving because he was drunk.

they tried to make me get in the car and take ben home. i heard them say the second we left they were going to pull us over and arrest us so i got in the car, turned it off and took the keys. even though they told us to leave. i wasn't falling for that shit. this went on for a while. they threatened the valet guys too. they were just being pieces of shit. this is the same guy that yelled at us a couple weekends ago when we drove by. apparently he just has a little complex.

but like i said, i tried my best to get arrested and they fucked with ben instead.

I may have mentioned this in the last Dallas PD thread, I don't recall, but I've always felt that if you can whip a cop's ass in single combat, they don't get to enforce any kind of law around you. I'm not sure where it's written that having a pretty little badge gives one carte blanche to be an asshole, but there should be some sort of hand-to-hand dueling provision as a means of contesting a charge or calling out a cop who's being a shitbag. They're public servants (unlike soldiers, remember that please) and should be held to a higher standard of behavior than the average thug with a stick.

on a positive note, it did prevent me from hooking up with this girl i met that night. i really didn't want to and that sort of made sure of that.
