you know what i think of this, hot stuff, definately one of your better productions

melody after the break rocks, but change that square synth around a lil bit... i smell wax

just amazing

This is awesome stuff love the sounds love the techy fx's kick is spot on the breakdown gives me that dark and mysterious type feeling really well put together definatly one of your best. Cant really pick a fault with it a great potential prog trance track finish this.

P.S Very asoty

great production

i think the main melody is very nice but not recognizable enough.

it's sounding awesome though

ahh.. i dig the heavy beat..

bassline is sits deep and tight in the mix..

ahh.. the break is nice, i love those swirling pads..

great production, miss something after the break though

thumps up

hey mate!

you really improved your sound mate!! very good bassline.. love that heavy deep bass.. synths are nice as always... cant say anything wrong man i like it. only thing is that you have to add some more fx sounds i think in the intro part. anyway you did a very good job in this mate! melodies are nice man!

cheers,
Renco

Hey Petey - sounds awesome buddy!!

I forgot all about those synths - you put them to great use!!

I might go back and revisit those original sounds - thanks for the inspiration.

I think you did an excellent job here.. it's a fresh sound for you.

I hope to hear more like from you soon!

All the best,
Trev

staticblue "i think the main melody is very nice but not recognizable enough."

I agree. The reason this melody is not recognizable is because the main idea is a constant rhythm with delay that stays in the same basic range. To me it sounds like flushed out harmony (like a background part) that is brought to the foreground. This puts me more in a trance than most melodies because the main idea is going nowhere but always moving.

Very enjoyable

Sounds pretty nice peter.

i like the square synth, but it just keeps going and going and going. you have a lot of nice sounds, but i just don't feel like the track progresses to anything. it may just be that the lead isnt 'memorable' as has been mentioned.

lots of great fx and the mastering sounds pretty spot on.

keep it up.

i would def add something to it during the second part where the chord changes. the chord changes sound good but the track doesnt really go anywhere just give it a bit more direction

You're getting that great full sound every producer would like to have, this is deffo a great improvement compared to previous work. Bass finally feels right Maybe the kick could use just a tad more power to get it real booming. I find the melody hard to follow, once more. But great atmosphere, great track.

Hi,

Nice one Peter, cool bass and nice melodies. Mastering is indeed a lot better than previous work i have heard from you, good job. What i didn't like that much about this one is that you give too much away before the break, maybe throw out that leadsound completely before the break and experiment with a different sound and melody. It now sounds too much the same before and after the break.

Hey Peter

Listening now

Very cool square sounds, and the intro flows very nicely into the breakdown...although the main melody isn't very recognisable it's still very trancy indeed, and sounds great when the beat comes back in...very cool track. One idea i would suggest is to use the squares as a backing melody and put a memorable hook over it, like the instrument used in Solar Stone - Seven Cities.
Cheers

it really does sound rich and full. great beats and bass, pads are awesome-o!
though i feel the melody is a bit random.. but very enjoyable nevertheless. good job peter!

I hardly ever agree with this fellow up here but in this case I agree with everything he says. The kick could indeed a bit more power and the melody is not easy on the ears. For the rest a lovely full productions and a great progressive atmosphere, also quite original. I'd love to be able to make more progressive tracks as well but I just keep coming up with oldskool trance LOL.

Cheers and keep it up!

Yeah. This is a really nice track. I like all the layers that you got working together. The sound fx are great. They really add to the atmosphere. This is just a peaceful track. It really makes me chillout. You're really gonna have to finish this one, man.

Hi Peter,

Very nice one this. Great atmosphere, great pad sounds, I was hoping for something special after the break, maybe some outstanding fx sounds or something or maybe a little more melodiechanges, but nevertheless it's a really great production mate. You're improving a lot!!!!!

You're gonna come far mate!

Sebastiaan
