Alesis Micron NRPNs

I've been thinking about getting an Alesis Micron, but the editing system kinda scares me away from it (it only has soft menus and 4 "hard" knobs). I was just wondering if it's possible to create an editing surface with the Dashboard in FL Studio to control it (or at least edit the most basic parameters).

Can the Micron read any incoming Midi CC# or NRPNs ???
Can the Dashboard send the type of signals that the Micron can read?

....or maybe I should just spend the extra 200$ and get the Ion??
