Am I psycho?
ok don't answer that...but here's the situation...i'm sure most of u have been in a similar one.
i'm in texas now chilling at my dad's...and my boyfriend is gonna go out with his buddy tonight, which is cool, but like the last time we went out with that guy (was a big group of us), he was on the friggin PROWL for ass all night...i had never seen that side to him and my bf was even a little surprised about it. we decided that we think his friend is getting more confident so now he's like mr. horndog walking up to any cute girl and trying to mack on them.
i trust my boyfriend, but i hate when this happens because it's pretty much a given that his buddy is gonna be hitting on sluts all night and sluts usually go out in packs...so some slut is gonna be talking to my hot ass boyfriend when i'm not there.

how do u guys deal with this situation? guys, it's like if your girlfriend had this friend who is notorious for getting hammered at bars and going home with guys...would u feel comfortable with your girlfriend going out with her? and while you're out of the state???
deep inside, i know that my bf would be nice (if a girl chatted him up) but i know he is like whipped on me and he would never do anything to piss me off...but it's just the fact that it's going to happen and i can't do anything about it. am i being stupid?
forget abt it
no stress
Well, I hope he really loves you, because there's nothing stopping him from cheating on you and you never knowing about it
i hope your bf cheats on you with every single girl he finds and somehow someone video tapes it all and sends the tape to you as a christmas gift
then you'll stop harping about how great he is all the time and will start hating him, leaving the door wide open for me to move in for the kill...to seduce you and bang your brains out

lol j/k
id be making plans for going on the rebound.. chekc your pm for my phone number
Yes, but it's a relatively mild and not altogether uncommon psychosis.
No, youre not psycho, but stressing over it wont change his cheating or not. If you two are right for each other, he wont cheat, and if he does, youll either forgive him or move on. Yes, this is rather fatalist, but Ive found this to be the best way to handle relationships.
One of the most important part of a relationship is trust. If you still haven't established that yet, then it's a lost cause. Yes your boyfriend will cheat, but if you know him really well then there's nothing to worry about.
lol
i really don't think he'll cheat...he's really attached to me and we're very much in love. i'm just really possessive and i don't like how girls are in south florida...they're ruthless. it's like as soon as a guy says he has a girlfriend it's game time for them. and he's really passive and nice. i just hope girls dont get the wrong impression and try to come on to him. i know for a fact though that he would totally represent me and never do anything wrong. and i dont even have to worry about him doing something while drunk because he never drinks. i mean he'll have like one drink, but he never gets drunk. i joke with him about that all the time cuz i think it's a little weird for a guy his age to not like to get drunk ever, but he's just different and he is really into taking care of his body...he won't even take a tylenol
anyway, i just don't want him to be put in a situation that's all. i'd be so pissed. it's a matter of respect in my eyes, not like i think my boyfriend will cheat. it's not like that with him. it's a differnt kind of jealousy. i've not trusted ex boyfriends before and i would fear cheating, but i don't with him. i just fear dumb sluts hanging all over him and making him feel uncomfortable and his buddy expecting him to talk to some chick because her friend is hot...u know that "take one for the team" bullshit...
So you dont like the fact that his buddy is counting on him to play the wingman? Thatd be fine with me, the wingman never gets laid; they make it possible for their friend to. Why worry about other girls making him uncomfortable?

Since you're in Texas, how about actually riding a cowboy? it'll save you from worrying about your boyfriend. EOS

Yes.

I do not put myself in situations like that.
Trust is simple, nothing worse than making it more complicated.

The wingman has a pretty simple job. Keep his center's defender busy while the center drives in for the score. Basically, he keeps the girl's friend busy and away from the dreaded "Let's go home", and instead gives that call to his friend. He does not have to hook up with the girl's friend, though that certainly is an option. The wingman's girl usually has one major flaw. Maybe she's self-centered and won't stop talking about herself. Maybe she's bland. Maybe she was a wart on the tip of her nose. Whatever it is, the wingman sacrifices his body and mind to the drudgery of a date with someone he never would have chosen in order for his buddy get laid.
Smell his junk when he gets back
3 options.
a) it stinks. he fucked a broad. dump him.
b) it smells very clean. he is covering something up. Do whatever will make you sleep at night.
c) it has normal ball funk. his junk stayed in teh pants all night. now go act like a little whore that was around him and 'ease his tensions'
NO ONE OWNS ANYONE!!
spending your time worrying about something that is beyond your control is pointless.
you mentioned you have respect and trust for this guy - yet are still questioning his judgements in a hypothetical situation that has yet to happen........
this is not "trust"
this is insecurity and fear of loss (your issues)
2 ways to look at this:
1) You have a hot boyfriend be happy - not every girl (guy) does.....but you won't have one for long worrying about paranoid scenarios yet to happen! (if he is really hot - he can definitely find someone else without these DOWNER confidence issues IMO)
2) Get yourself an ugly boyfriend that no-one will want that way - you never have to worry about this ever again......a trade-off I know......just make sure he has a big dick then.....that's all

everyone I meet is weird in some way or the other.
just trust that man, don't question.
questioning usually causes it too happen..
thats what trust is all about :-)

for the record...i know better than to act on this insecurity/jealousy. i definitely have a jealous insecure side (i'm a female in the 21st century, sue me), but i rarely act on it. usually, the way i deal with it is i make a joke about the situation with my guy and then usually sort of laugh at myself and then i keep busy so i don't think of it.
i'm just venting to you guys, but trust me, i wasn't giving him any shit or being annoying. i made a joke about him having to be a "wingman" (this was on instant messenger earlier tonight) but he laughed and was like, "baby u have nothing to worry about...i just want to get out for a bit tonight, i've been missing you a lot since you left, bla bla" then i just said, "oh i know, i'm just being psycho, have fun baby"
so far i got drunk and played poker with my dad...then i watched some James Bond with him while i painted my nails...now my dad is in bed and i'm still drinking and posting.
wow, i'm a lamo.
you know this is exactly the kind of situation if a guy was thinking that about his girlfriend going out with her friends he'd be "over-protective"
