Highlight of the night: meeting Miss Julia finally! 
It was a real pleasure hanging with you and watching Tom crank out some funky beats. Thank you so much for the smokes! 
Hope Tom gets better soon and you better get your ass back soon and DANCE IT UP PROPPA!!!! 
The new Boa looks pretty nice (I prefer the old one though 
)...sound was nice but I don't know--maybe I was just too exhausted from Marcel, but I was hoping there would be a bigger TOTA turnout...I was pounding the pavement trying to get more people I know out there but to no avail
The sound and venue were okay, Clublifexxx (dude so cool to see you; it was awesome to see your crew again! ) and I were talking about how the two lights downstairs don't cut it for a complete lighting system...however for the dirty, dark haus beats you don't need any lights! 
Jeff, cool to meet you again; didn't really witness the same insane floor-whoring I saw when Kevin was spinning downstairs in the old Boa Wow the memories from that time!!! Steve, nice to meet you, and Crib, and Scott...did meet some TOTAs but they were all guys! No offence, but I had enough of a sausage fest looking around 
SEAN CASSIDY, you missed out on this one! 
Saw a couple of guys making out on the dancefloor and it sorta turned me off (I also don't like seeing a hetero couple making out on the dancefloor--okay maybe two girls are okay though ) I'm not going out to pick up chicks or anything but it's always refreshing to see the more beautiful sex dancing and gyrating to sick beats with smiles on their faces...ratio should be 50/50 and it was more like 80/20 
Then to cap it off when I left early (2:30 am) I get to my car and realize I lost my keys in the club. Bouncers and staff were really kind to let me back in...I found them (thanks for helping, Scott) and I was looking for YOU, Angelo, once I re-entered to tell you I found them but I couldn't find you!
Anyway, I don't want to diss on Boa because I KNOW that with the right crowd, the night would have been totally different; I will only go the next time when I know my fave TOTAs are all confirmed on the roll call! I've learned my lesson!
Tom, your beats were awesome--you are so committed! And Mr. Glasgow was awesome upstairs just before I left.

It was really nice to finally meet you too! You're such a sweet person! Last night was so fun. I just wish I had energy to stay longer. I wasn't wearing my comfortable heels.... 
Tom played a good set, as usual (despite being half deaf due to an ear infection... lol). I still have to figure out what one of the tracks was. I'll make him play it so I could find out what it was hehe.
Adam Nathan was alright for an opener. Played more down tempo stuff.
Kenny Glasgow was ROCKING!!!! I didn't wanna leave during his set cuz the music was too good.... but my boots were hurting!!! and tom wasn't feeling good..... oh well.
Next time I come to TO, i'll make sure to stay longer!!

omg, sorry Julia- i totally forgot u were in town this weekend. Either way, I wouldn't have made it out- went to a comedy show last night that let out at 1:30, and we went straight to bed after, we were pretty tired. I hope u had fun!
Pretty good night...Got there at 11, left at 3-ish. My man Kenny Glasgow started off a little bland, but as the place got more crowded his set evolved into total awesomeness! Really surprised to see my fav edm family (Angelo, Billy, and Sean) <3. Great seeing you again Fahad, Tara, Dave, and some others. It was also great meeting you Miss Julia! Come back to TO very soon
got there around 3:30 after hitting gallery for karen's bday..
inside to find the downstairs done.. lights on, etc..

Pretty sweet night for me as well. Got there at around 11-1130ish, and left around 2:30 or 3 as well. Everyone I was with was way too tired from Friday.
The tunes were wicked, and there was actually a lot of space to dance, which was nice
It was great seeing fayraree, miss julia, and cribby there. I definately gotta check that place out again when I am rested up though.
2 hours sleep friday, 3 hours sleep saturday, 18 hours of work, and the rest was all partying. My body hates me.

well, i'm about to leave for the airport. i'll miss canada.

Got there at 1 and saw Jeff downstairs with his cousin. Too bad the turnout was low but this guy (Tommy?) was giving it a good shot. Upstairs was busier with Kenny laying down some solid beats. The whole reason I went was to see Redanka and you can imagine my concern when I found out that the downstairs had closed! Whew, thankfully he was on upstairs. Started off at 2:30 quite well indeed but lost me as the night progressed. Great tunes, good mixing but the whole thing came off as being somewhat generic to me. Perhaps I was comparing him to the last time I saw him play with Tarantella or maybe I was still tired from the Sander insanity the previous night. Whatever, it wasn't making me dance and I called it quits by 4.
Good seeing some of you out, esp Chris! (see, I finally remembered your name, lol).
