Question Re-directing Mail

Does anyone know if it's possible to address a parcel to a post office for the recipient to pick up there rather than at his home address, and also if there is any charge for using this service. Kinda like a PO box but only for one parcel.

All help appreciated

Er. What are you trying to do? If you send something recorded and he can't accept it then that will happen anyway or are you specifically trying to avoid sending it to the address at all?

if its too big to go through the letterbox and theres no answer when the postie rings the door bell, then a note is left for the adressee to pick it up from the delivery office. So just pack it in a large box and ask the recipient not to answer the door to the postie. Thats all i can think of..
