Apparently a 20 year old from toronto was shot outside a montreal afterhours club....details anyone?

happened this past weekend.

MONTREAL (CP) - A 20-year-old Toronto man was shot dead outside a downtown Montreal after-hours bar overnight, police said Sunday.

The man has not been identified.

The shooter fired several bullets in his direction in front of horrified onlookers and then escaped in a car.

Police later traced the abandoned vehicle thanks to the help of the witnesses, but the shooter was already on the run.

The motive for the killing was still unknown.

Thats because the demographics are a little different over there i would assume.

the last thing we need is press heat on a nightclub. Thats trouble for everyone who enjoys a night out.

as the church shooting should have tought us, these things can happen anywhere. We dont need media circuses and scaremongering about clubs.

obviously you are oblivious to how the media practically ruined much of the nightlife in toronto in the past 5 years.

And i would assume that given the chance, the media would do the same over there. Dont blame the messanger for telling the truth.
