I've actually never seen David Di Tommaso play any match in the Dutch League, maybe once or something like that..

In the article they're telling about he didn't have a history of heart-problems, this can happen everyone and you really can't be prepared.

Really sad news because of that transfer too Portsmouth, He had come a pretty long way after Monaco & Sedan..
