House music fans.

I know many of you are into house in this section. LOL What subgenre of house do you like and name like half dozen djs, small time or big time. I know some of the answers from many of you, but still want to see who will come up with some different names.

Used to love dark prog, but now I like Porg house with an electro edge. Not a very big fan of anything funky, disco or vocal diva.

Hard to miss the essential DJs... Lawler, Rauhofer, Deep Dish

My favorite all time producer is Moshic
The best wicked house live act would be Infusion

BIG fan of the Andrea Doria sound, hope I will be able to book him some day.

Also Love Planet Funk, King Unique, Skylark, Marco Castelli...

Trentmoller has done some great remix recently,

Tom Stephan, Robbie Rivera and Martin H definitly had a great sound this year. They would be my pick of the year.

Loved "One tHing" and "Say no" from Scumfrog.

And of course, tons of DJs that released some great tracks, would be too long to name them.

I mostly love new house as Steve Lawler now play (check Light Out 3 WOOOH, little more minimal and experimental, but SOOOO great). Dave Seaman and Nick Warren (Way Out West), are also on the list. Some track of Pridz are nice,as this one ...Eric Pridz- Nile...

All DJ Dan stuff is great (this is for JL ), Frankie Knuckles, BBB, Dave Amstrong, (plenty other DJ, that I miss the name now) it also depend what kind of house you love. Dimitri from Paris is good too, doing some light diva house, as Morales can play.

There's lot of DJ who play light house, diva house (I call this one Big gay house) as all the compilations you can find. Ex. House 2005, The best of house music, blablabla... Peter Rauhofer, Roger Sanchez, Morales, ect.

Anyway, LISTEN' LISTEN 'LISTEN, it's the only way to catch the style you enjoy the most.

Derrick Carter ( who doesn't know him, he's a living legend )

Paul Woolford ( he's been a resident at back to bacics in the last years and has made a name for himself by litterally blowing the roof off of every club he plays at )

Nic Fanciulli ( He,s been on the rise since he remixed fortune 500's dancing in the dark )

Loco Dice ( His minimal sounds are not really house but fuck this guys could get me to blow my brains off )

King unique ( probably the best producers right now they are just comepletly wicked )

Jason Hodges ( He's from toronto, he's Dj Sneak's prot�g� and he just completly rocks )

hey for all you house junkies, I've recently been getting into house. But still most of it bores me to death. Don't really like vocal-based stuff, except if they're looped samples used like instruments. I only have a vague idea of what the sub-genres are.. so far I like:

Eclipse - Makes Me Love You (bonus beats)
House of Glass - Playing with my mind (hog ocean dub)

funky &jazzy

such as mr. sander kleinenberg and danny howells

vocaly and dirty or as most of mtl peeps say "loops acapella loop loop filter looop"

such as guetta and morillo

what he said, (except for phil weeks and hodges which I havent got the chance to listen to yet)

I personnaly have a very specific taste for all the tribal and latin sound as I spent quite some time on various beaches round the globe as a kid and tam tams, flutes and acoustic guitars are still what brings me a smile past sunset.
