[Dark Psy]Cybernetika - Patterns of Chaos (192 kbps, full)
Hi tranceaddicts,
this is a new track I just made. It features some driving full-on, dark Psy like Entropy, Mubali, Damage, etc.
I still might add some additional fills, but basically this one is done.
Length: 7:17 mins.
Filesize: ~10MB
Bitrate: 192kbps
Equipment used: FL Studio 5, Linplug Albino 2, ReFX Vanguard, Sonicbytes Gat'R, and various other VSTplugins.

(sorry this is not available from my (fast) server, will update this as soon as possible, but right now I have problems with uploading onto my webspace)
Enjoy
first to comment... yey!
k freaky start, sort of saw cutting..
01:32 k here we go, was waiting for that cheese to end
and hit me with some sick ass bass
02:50 - shit, bass is really nice if you ask me, i like those distorted effects you have on the backround, oh nice ambience, it goes to left n right, you really created a your own special room in this one..
04:35 at last!!
same baseline goes with those effects, again your mids look
a bit too full right now, that distortion is really killing your bandwith.
05: 43 as soon as hats kick in, hmmmm, its good..
k overall you have an incredible ambience, i see how you visualize your song and master that room in which you create those sounds but..
just try to push those sterio limits to maximum, remember in psy they dont follow usual standards in which drums are in the middle and hats are in either left or right, you have to go crazy and randomize your percs, thats about the only con i found, everything is just insane man, your work rules.
as you see, scope shows pretty dry results, changing those to filling that box to max would be for me as easy as a click of a button, however you said you wanted to finish this
this is as fat as it gets, that is what i ment when i said i want those percs to be pushed to limites, if you get this box filled, it would mean that your song will reach the standards of quality.
Brilliant spacial spread, really does create a solid setting as the previous guy said (sorry I cant remember your username!).
Vocals are a touch of cheese, maybe consider chopping out the Matrix ref?
Effects might benefit from being more sparse and then built up into crescendos before scattering them again and rebuilding in a new order from the last.
Just suggestions, the overall track is very impressive and definately pushes my button
this truly is dark psy!
only you have some brilliant drive that i usually find is missing from psy in general.
this would tear an illegal rave apart!
i hate psy as a rule but this really does get my head bopping. it seems so fast and energetic. maybe do a version that starts as a standard 140bpm trance track but goes into psy once the break starts and use a non psy kick... that would really catch a dancefloors unawares and would work really well
great work and cheers for sharing!
rich
ps. give my track a review if you have a spare moment..
Good god, what a mean sounding intro. Hell yes man, you got some twisted shit going on. You are doing some good doom, yes, doom. I think of doom and nothing more. You have put me into a mood of doom.
DDOOOOMMM.
What eles to say? I don't know, expect this is a very mad. Your track is mad at me for not being doomed.

now i'll sing the doom song...
doom doom dom doooooom domdooom dooooom dom doooooom(gir).
interesting percussive methods, and use of hi strung almost visual fx. after 3min, the bassline starts groovin a bit and that sounds much better than the heads on 16/16pattern woompa. no melody? some more build elements would keep this track away from the dull vibe i feel after 5min...
thanks for sharing
cyber, want to put your track back up somewhere so I can hear it?

Good intro.
When you kick off the track make one bar of silence.
The bass here works well.
Nice fxes.
The vocals are very unclear. But they are deep.
Nice roll and then the fxes really drive the track.
I'd add a synth to that roll that will have the same pattern (like the start of the lead in sunbrust - eyeball(pulser remix)).
2:11 - nice fxes but the transfer is too sudden.
Nice new kickoff.
2:50 - woot the bass is really funky now.
3:20 - great ohihat, good rythem, the snare isn't powerfull enough.
4:36 omg you got the greatest kick off that I've heard from you here. you got the idea with the vocals. Nice fxes in the back, bring up the gliched reso fx (not the long and flangered).
Good kick offs man
Maybe add an electric, heavy distorded guitar melody after that one.
The track should be 9 minutes atleast, maybe 10.
The outro isn't so dj friendly.
I'll sum the review later.
9/10
Omer.

Good production. Curious, if this is just a hobby for you or where we're at with that. If I made tracks that good, I'd expect mastering would make them sound label ready and would have a hard time giving them away like you do. Maybe it's just me because I really hate the idea of existing and being forced to work to have shelter and food and shit. All that should come with the package Fuckin A. Anyway, about the song- 1 thought- you have absolutely no idea that the song is going to end and then it does. good or bad, I could probably work with it as a dj
Nice work again. Complete sonic mayhem as usual. Percussion is very driving and doesnt mess around. Structure is direct and to the point also. I've noticed that with a lot of your latest tracks. Theres a lot less 'noodling' and you seem to just drop it and get on with the job. Very dancefloor friendly stuff infact, I could see this slotting into a night time set without any worries.
Synth line you bring in just after the main break is great. Very solid and imaginative programming there. Infact, thats one of the best things about your tracks. Theres always a cool orignal synth in there somewhere.
Otherwise, nice elements, so many fx and swirly elements but unfortunately this one just doesnt have that crystal clear production your most recent ones have. Theres a lot of distortion on the supporting synths and sometimes a just found them too noisy at times. Perhaps more compression and eqing could define them better?
Overall though, a great aggressive psy track. I think you managed to fill every corner of the sound spectrum with this one
Well rape me sideways. This track is frickin' incredible! The person who described it as "sonic mayhem" hit the nail on the head. Wow, just the aural assault on my ear drums while listening to this on headphones took me on a complete mindscrew.
It's like you knew exactly what this track was made for and it just did it. No bs, no fluff, this is downright grit. It's so... dirty, and yet is so crystal clear in its presentation, sound quality wise. It's like taking a picture of dry, cracked earth and dirt with the best camera and film money can buy.
I love it! Definitely see myself playing this one a lot! Brilliantly composed and orgasmically mastered. I wouldn't change a thing, other than I do agree that it ends too abruptly to be DJ friendly.
By the way, not to further the nutswinging, but I still have your Paralysis album promo from earlier this year. I know at the time I said it was good but it really wasn't my style, but I have found myself listening to it more lately. I listened to the first three tracks several days last week on the way back from work.
Anyways, it's a far cry from this, but I would appreciate a listen and review on my latest track here. Gread job again!!
somebody still has it?
i would really like to listen to it (the amount of necessary stuff in this is low, bringing old threads back to life!)

it didnt work for me when i tried a similar link before (but that might be since i heard you reorganised?)
sounds sort oflike the future sounds of london: egypt.
this song is BUSY man. the first time i listened to it, i was picking out flaws... but this is growing on me.
what can i say other than its an awesome track.
another thing i like about this song and the songs on this board period is how old school most of them sound.
nice, real nice.
