Trying to ID tune Super Sounds of the 70s

Here is a sample of some music from something they had on a TV channel here in Canada showing what appeared to be some Dutch guys shooting a video in Miami, involving superbikes (motorcycles), speedboats, & clubbers. The title was "the making of Super Sounds of the 70s" or similar. The vocal sample is comedian/actor Stephen Wright in the movie Reservoir Dogs. I can't find anything else on the WWW to identify the music. Anyone know what it is?

I am speculating that this tune is known in Netherlands since they seemed to be speaking Dutch in parts of the video, and the tune might be unknown in North America where I am.
