DJ Icey - Sailing (2001 Remix)

Anyone else heard this song? Its a beautiful song, somehow it sat on my harddrive for months unnoticed. I finally found it again the other day, I've easily listened to the song 20 times in the past few days. I love the piano during parts of the song, I also really like the vocals though I have no idea what is being sung. The subtle crowd cheering in the background adds a lot too. What is everyone elses thoughts on this song? Any songs like this that I should check out?
