it worsk guys...
Hey,
commenting as I listen...
- Nice beat. Got something bouncy to it which I really dig.
- In the beginning, the bass is maybe a little dominant on the mid-range compared to the rest, later on this gets better.
- 1:30: Yay, this is really great stuff. Wicked bouncing stuff.
- the pitch shifting you tried on the bass is a great idea. It works, but you should try some compression in order to take away the volume difference between certain keys.
Well, other than that I cant think of much to complain about on this small sample. Its damn well done, and its got the potential needed. Good job!
thanks cyber
i think im finally starting to get some ideas, just had to let it sit for a bit in my head tho...
Review While Listening:
- Hey terrific intro, i like the partial acid sounds. Liking the bass too, I always like basses which sound like this.
- 1:20-1:29, yeh very fast build up, it suits. if this track had that added edge to make it sound very hardcore, this build up would be even better. A lot of hardtrance songs do this and it always sounds great.
- Nice use of the pitch bending, i definately aggree with what cybernetica said tho.
- Other than that, the melody is really nice, it's kinda hard for me to think up new melodies now a days, but it's finally all coming back.
keep up the good work
Hi iLoop,
Interesting tune.. very fast paced, lots of energy.
I dig your percs and your creativity with pitch bending.
The song as a whole sounds a bit empty - especially compared to your recent prog track which was full of tasty sounds!
You've got sone cool ideas - best of luch finishing it all up,
Trev
