I always strugle with flash adjustment in my camera, cause here the clubs are much darker

not its usually very dark actually except when there's the strobe blasts like in some of the pics

You need to master your flash and your camera settings

a flash pointed in front of you isn't always the best solution

hmm, its not hopeless, you need to play with those settings, slower shutter times, larger F setting, hold it still and voila.

Your flash lighting is very good...do you use a diffuser?

I sometimes do but I prefer bouncing it off wall/ceiling/hand

Also, the non flash pics are sick...350D or 20D cause they must be high ISO but very little noise...

I bounce 90% of the time.

my camera was a 20D, my wingman was a XT.

i used to make non flash pics, but with iso 400 there was just too much noise on my canon a510.
Now i stick to iso 50 and longer shutter times + flash

And you asshole...I just noticed Aria has MIRRORS behind the DJ booth...thats like, made for flash bounce

nah has nothing to do,i never used those mirrors...

cause between the dj and the mirrors there's a good 5 meters plus a shitload of people watching the dj in between.

So bouncing a flash and making people go blind is out of the question

Haha this is true. Does the glass behind the DJ booth work then?

I like to walk up to people I know and flash them in the face...lol

dude doing a 550EX full blast (1/1) in someones face when he has been in the dark for hours, can do some permanent damage ( a couple of hours seeing purple spots) hhhahahahah
