One thing is to capture an innocent, hold him without trial for several months, and beat him up. Quite another is to pretend it didn't happen afterwards.

^^^ Well, at least the Professor had the luxury of being named by another prisoner. Masri was held "on a hunch".

Can someone tell me the fundamental difference between the WW2-SS and the "war on terror"-CIA?
