"Final Euphoria"

Greetings, having been on a musical hiatus in the past few months, I went on a trance-writting binge yesterday and came up with this. Kick-lovers and souring-anthem-burners need apply.

Some dream trance, a pinch of hard trance, a smidget of prog, 30% ambient driven, and alot of late 90s epic. I hope you like those pads ...

FINAL EUPHORIA

Feedback appreciated. What can be done to make it really bang even more?

Hmm... 15 views and no tomato barrages? I know the lot of you are polite, but I could sure use some critique.

Critique: Have more patience please
And I see followed the tip of reviewing other people's work so that's cool

Sounds very detailed... somehow a bit odd for a real Epic monster... Also the super saw doesn't come to the front, really. This would sound much more interesting than as you would classify it as a stadium track, lol
Rhythm detail is remarkable, but I'm missing a descent hihat to be honest. What did you use making this?

Thanks for the comments. I always seem to be at a loss when it comes to high-hats that way.

The only stadium trance I've ever heard was from other amatuers... is that what it is?

I used:

FLSTudio 5.0 + some samples mostly from Google searches...

V-Station - 2 of the leads, the hard lead, and the bass...

3xOSC - the chippy lead...

HARDWARE: Roland JP-8080 - The Pads (EMU 0404 soundcard)

this will be my first official review, so here we go:

Like previously mentioned the drum patterns are awesome, definitely something different.

this is sort of a hands in the air anthem type track, but its a little more subtle, which I like .

I Like the slowdown around 2:30, creates a great mood for just chilling and relaxing; waiting for the rhythm to return.

To add more power to it; which i dont think is necessary. it will change the track too much. its good the way it is imo. you would need to make a stronger, more drum oriented beat, using some harder sounding drum samples/synths.

thats all i could come up with, I am a noob still. I really like this track though, keep up the good work

Thanks...

One thing I think I might have failed to do, in retrospect, is keep the bass warm during some of the louder parts. I'll look into it more later, but I'm always looking for advice that will help me improve my future productions.

Hmm, I guess you are that same one from FP. Well as I said there.

It's cool track, but the arragmnet is very differnt from normal stuff you hear out there.

It nice and well produced, but my be too weird for the dancefloor.

unless however, you start something new that takes the world by strom and this becomes the cuttin edge sound.

LOL! I really experiment WAY too much. I also don't listen to enough trance to really feel like I have a methodology that is dance-floor oriented. I'm more soundtrackish in my musical ideas.

MP3 UPDATED - a little warmer under compression

I do like this, even tho its completely different to my style, it did sound a little slow and i personly would of dropped more pucussion in to work with the bouncy bass line (but im no expert) but very good

Hey man, your stuff is the shiznat!... I was listening to Net-Rips (Master) and I found it to be very entertaining buildup. I loved those whacky hi-hats, and the bass. The bass has a resonance warmth that I rarely see in trance tracks today. I admire that style more, I bow humbly to thou. Nice feedback lead - very stadium friendly alongside that supersaw. YOu've nailed that mega-saw-stadium-industrial sound, congratulations. Much more club friendly IMO.

[EDIT]
I'm sorry for the poor naming scheme of my thread (just read up on your rules and guidelines for posting). I should have at least tried to post a genre. Something more like: Final Euphoria [Hard Dream Euphoric Mix] 128 kbps as HUGE a contradiction that is, I'm not sure what genre to put in in any longer thanks to your wisdom on the matter. Anyone want to take a stab at what genre it is closest too?

love your kick. really beefs the track up. very nice fx going on throughout. at 1:36 the track gets a nice atmospheric feel which i love to hear. the pad at 2:04 is nice dont like the synth tho i think you could use a synth with more emotion. if you did it would send shivers down ppl's spines. just a suggestion tho.

Just wanted to tell you I really digged Organica Prime. My Kind of music. A little more strx/beat/something would make it a sweet dancefloor hit in my opinion. What's up also, from Mankato M N
Your shit is good.

LOL... I almost forgot to delete that... I'm still debating on what to do with that badly EQ-ed mess. I see you liked it... but I haven't got any other good feedback on it asides from it sounding very dark and grimy... but non-trancy.

Hi mate,

first of all, I listened to this both on (rather bad) headphones and on my speakers and got the impression that the sound quality was ok. There still is some space for improvement tho, which I will comment on later.

now commenting as I listen...
the intro is cool, very well done. Nice atmosphere and use of Percs/FX.
The kick could get far less "oopmhy". I sounds kinda hardcore which contrasts the rather calm rest of the tune.
The short stabs and arps of synths work well. Good ambience overall.
Ah, a breakdown now. I know you wanted to create a tune with a nice amount of ambience, and this breakdown is well done, dont get me wrong.. but somehow I feel unsure about it. Maybe it needs to pick up some additional tension towards the climax when the beat kicks in.
As mentioned before, your hats are maybe the weakness of this track, it doesnt really get "full" without proper hats. I know its difficult to make your hihats fit in the mix. especially to adjust the levels if you got a rather deep tune. I'd try to look for some better hat samples, and maybe to go easy with the phaser on them, that only makes them harder to put in the mix properly.
I have to say that your different synths are really working well together. Sounds pretty good to me how you layer them. The whole ambience is lovely, too.
Towards the end I was waiting for some more changes, maybe you should consider adding an altered main theme there.

This is a good tune and I think that youre on the right way. Try to improve it, it has potential for sure. Keep it up
