The rarest of rare Vinyls???

I just noticed that other thread on the rare vinyls that trancEaddicts own....And I was just wondering, what is the rarest of them all ?

there are a lot of ones taht are super rare
i would put
solar stone - seven cities (original release)
orkidea - unity
i am sure there are more

Orkidea - Unity / Dead Can Dance - The Host of the Seraphim

Taste Experience - Highlander (there were new promos of this one in 2001 and i didn't get any cause i was too late )

i dunno much about vinyls coz i don't collect them.

but heres my contribution

yeh nice track, but I very much doubt there are only 500 copies, in the other rare vinyls thread every other person says they have a copy, there are also several copies in 3 of the record shops in town (Nottingham). These are record shops that are house specialists so i don't think they'd all have a reeeely rare trance vinyl hhhhmmm maybe it was rare a while back, but not anymore.

I also do not think that there are only 500 copies of the AvB remix of rapture. I also saw in another thread that Yahel - Voyage was such a rare record. Is this true? I did not have any trouble finding it.

ministry of sound, who owns the rights of the track, has re-pressed it, so it isn't that rare no more.


and this thread isn't a thread where you say what you own which is rare, but a question to 'what is the rarest stuff out there'

and my guess is Sasha & Digweed - Northern Exposure 1 (4xLP)

Ministry of Sound does not have rights to Armin's Remix.

Ministry has refused to license Armin's Remix on Data/ Made UK as there are too many remixes already.

United Recordings Holland has the rights to the remix and YES, they have been re-pressed, unfortunately.

However, those who still retain the first 500 copies have the sticker verifying that.

Those repress copies apparantly do have the sticker stating LTD 500 copies only and the quality of the 12" is not as good.


On the rarest of rarest vinyls, I would say it would have to be
my or "A" sealed copy of Rabbit in the Moon - Phases of an Out of Body Experience.

I'm looking for a very rare vinyl. It's a bootleg of re-flex - Lui.
A very hard awesome mix. It's a bootleg made in Italy. In belgium there are only 10 copy's available of this track

You are right about mos not having the rights, i did know this but couldnt be bothered to say nout,

Yeah, it's a pretty hard-to-find track, took me 2 years to lovate this baby, in MINT condition. Excellent trance!
