Urgh. Potato juice. Well you can get vodka from corn too.

Can't drink vodka. It gives me vertigo. (No, not cale) Like I break out sweat and lose balance and have to lie down for a while.

I don't drink it often. I have it like once a year.

So far tried Zywiec, Zubr, E something. Probably missing a few.

They come in huge bottles though. 500mL and 5.8%. Only for 4.50 a bottle too!

And Marg, if you make polish food, I'm crashing your house.

dude!

it's crossed my mind already and i've been meaning to talk to you about it: after 270 we should drink vodka till we can't get up. I have a bottle of Special Ed. Wyborowa just waiting to be used.

You guys are going to 270 right?

Yea, beer in Poland has been sold in 500ml bottles for the longest time. I'm so used to 500ml bottles/can's being standard, that thats "one" beer for me, not a small can/bottle like in North America. A couple years ago they introduced 330ml bottles, and 750ml's as well, as they neared the entry into the EU.

Next time you're at the LCBO check out Tyskie; it's my favourite one, with Lech (which isn't sold here *cries* )

^Vodka may kill me. (literally)
I dunno why but vodka gives me health conditions. (Yet it tastes good when you're really drunk)

Posted by Stingray on Dec-05-2005 22:24:

Pickles and vodka rules! But its gotta be Belvedere or Chopin.

No, I'm not Polish, they just make good vodka.

Posted by Swamper on Dec-05-2005 22:27:

Vodka? Where?

Posted by infinity HiGH on Dec-05-2005 22:32:

If you want good vodka but can't afford Belvy or Chopin, then look no further than this:

best value for your money

Posted by cyper on Dec-05-2005 22:50:

Wyborowa is some awesome vodka!

Drank a bottle of that down at a wedding once.. the next morning wasnt very friendly to me.

The Dutch have the good beer, but the polish (and maybe russians) have the good vodka!

(we also got the smokin hot ladies)

Can't forget about the Scandinavians either.

Anyway, vodka + picles = winning combination for sure.

I dunno what prompted it, but I fully approve this thread.

sarah VODKA benson..thats my name

Posted by Cosmic Fur on Dec-05-2005 23:39:

Furthering discussion in this, vodka is definitely my favourite hard drink. Nothing with the same alcohol % goes down as easy.
