Yeehaw!, Tunnel Trance 35 just got released

I was browsing amazon and tunnel.de as the status was changed from "coming soon" to "new".. this happened about 10 minutes ago

I can't wait to get my mitts on this...

i duno i stopped listening around 19 cause it got way too cheesy....

Yeah must be a great CD cuz CD1 starts with Scooter

You should better spend your money on quality stuff instead of buying Tunnel CDs which doesn't deserve the title "Trance Force"...

tunnel trance is cheese

im pretty emberassed that i used to be a fan of this series

this is a couple years back though, thank god

Posted by Y2D on Dec-08-2005 14:02:

well, I will say the early ones are still the best, and 20-30 aren't all that great, but 34 was pretty decent

the fact that trance is a relatively "new" genre and this series is all the way up to #35 already should tell you something immediately about the quality of the music they put out on their compilations... imo.

there are 4 Tunnel Trance Force CDs a year, 40 tracks each...I can't see any quality

When the series startet back in 97 there was quality hard trance on it but than around #10 they put more and more hands-up and eurodance music on it.

CD1 is always a joke and CD2 isn't good enough to make the series worth to buy anymore...

And oh of course, the mixing of Dean is terrible...

well, again, in the earlier ones, both CD's were often good, volume 1 and 7 and 18 were all great.. i admit that after 19 it really kinda crapped out..

I can still hope this will be decent

I like tracks from kai Tracid and such

ISOS 4 sucks too. Bad mixing (as always by Tiesto) and too many average tracks.

But ISOS 4 is still 10 times better than any TTF CD

what u want from me sweetheart?

U say ISOS 4 and the TTF series are on the same level?

Posted by Y2D on Dec-10-2005 00:28:

well, IMHO, there are few CD's out there that are better than the EARLY TTF ones... I'm finding some Global underground and essential mixes not too bad. a couple Fabric CD's aren't bad either, but not all that shit hot. as for ISOS.. there are some good ones, and some that are just OK

Tunnel Trance Vol.7 Was gREaT! It was way upbeat! =) Good feel to that cd.

the mixing on tokenfold's oslo gu is horrendous

I like the CD's that are upbeat.. but god damn it if they have too many vocals... I'm currently listening to ttf 15 cd1. another one which I think was well put together. for me, the choice of tracks is #1 for rating a cd, the mixing, well I can let that slide

James holden is good, I saw him live, his songs are good, but at least at the show I was at, he needed a little more experience which I'm sure he'll get.. there were just some times between songs where you'd feel like a moron standing still, but there wasn't enough of a beat there to be able to move to.. I'm looking forward to his stuff in the future

Ferry Corsten.. seen twice, will go every time he's in town, postively fantastic live, he's the dj who got me into the entire electronica scene, and will forever be grateful to hm for that (MOS TN2 & 3), on the way back from one of his shows we were waiting for a cab, then he comes along with a couple people.. we let him take ours

I saw Max gramham too.. I can't remember that one thoug, got too plastered.. Crystal Method sucked so badly, 40$ for a show on a weeknight, they get on stage for a 1 1/2 hour set starting at 1 am.. that's bullsh*t, then they never even played any good songs until the last 3... very disappointed since I really like the Vegas cd
