PROMOTE YOURSELF : : A Search Engine Dedicated to Electronic Music : : acidFIND!

http://www.acidfind.com/

Finally, after a year of workaround,

here it is,

acidFIND! Version 2.0
A Search Engine Dedicated to Electronic Music.

- Improved search algorythm
- Search with multiple keywords
- Directory / Category search
- Improved site structure
- Language features (English & French)
- General bug fixed and improved speed

acidFIND! Version 1.0
A Search Engine Dedicated to Electronic Music.

- Basic search algorythm
- Search with one keyword
- Directory structure created
- User account feature created
- Basic site structure created

We need you to add your site there and put a link with the banner on your site to bring new traffic ! I did the same on my own site www.mcmanu.com and I listed my site on www.acidfind.com - I see often link transfers from acidfind in my site administration panel so I guess it does the job.. Anyways - We are every since and then working hard on this thing...

Need your support !

Added my site to it, hope to see this site grow..........

Might want to look at some of the words (I noticed you are from Montreal) and there are many typos in english.

i love the way my first search for "armin van buuren" resulted in one search result:

"Paul Van Dyk
http://www.paulvandyk.de
Official Paul van Dyk Homepage - New Album 2003 - Reflections."

but good for you for taking the initiative to do something like this

and with time, this could work out very well

He must be splitting the search query into individual words (armin, van, buuren) and searching each word and returning the results. Would explain why the paul VAN dyk got in there...

when i searched "armin van buuren"

then ONLY search result that came up was

Paul van dyk

although i have my critiques... I will say that this is a great idea and can be a great informational outlet to edm fans around the world if people contribute to this project

The DJ list?

Posted by fr3sh on Dec-13-2005 15:13:

nono,... i would say more than a dj list

i believe the makers of the search engine are trying to develop a resource that is streamlined to the topics included in electronic dance music.... which could be a hell of alot of topics..
