Make Your Move-Superdisco

I think I am being stupid, but I did a search on discogs and nothing matched. Is Junior Jack-Superdisco the same song as Dave Armstrong's-Make Your Move (Antoine Clamaran mix)? If so why?

Dave Armstrong - Make Your Move & Junior Jack - Stupidisco samples the same track, being The Pointer Sisters - Dare Me. While Armstrong sampled the vocals from the original, junior jack recorded new vocals. Dave Armstrong also recorded his original before junior jack did his track.
