Johan Gielen was Awesome!!!

Johan Gielen brought a show with him. He brought alot of energy and appeared to be having fun the whole time. He was very polite to the fans, taking pictures, and signing autographs. He kept us dancing. Once again.....another great time with Johan.

I'd have to say it was very very refreshing watching Johan work his magic. He is a true defination of a dance DJ. this guy works the crowd, the mixer and the cdj's for what they are worth. He is one of the very very few that actually know how to take trance and alot of anthems, mash them, smash them, and everything them and take it to another level that makes sense. Plus he plays some hardcore tribal beats which I love most. It was about time to see a Trance DJ in LA that can actually do something other then just beat match and cross fade. Kazell also rocked the hizzy with his unique sound! Gil La... Mr. Super EQ Balanced mixer you!!

lol cause lord knows you can do some CRAZY shit with beat loop and flanger.

I've seen alot of DJs in LA who can do more than just beatmatch and crossfade.

Steve Helstrip, and Rich of Solarstone come to mind.

Eddie Halliwell pwns pretty much every trance DJ mixing/effects wise though...

Boomer took some video of him at ICE where he beatmatches the enxt track in about 10 seconds.
