Boston NYE?????

Does anyone know of ANYTHING BIG going on in Boston this New Year's Eve??? From what I understand it seems as though you gotta drive 5 hours north or south to get to Montreal or NYC if you wanna do anything worthwhile... someone please prove me wrong.

wish i could prove you wrong...Boston doesn't have much going on NYE...

Dave Ralph and DJ Adilson will be at Avalon and a whole bunch of Boston locals are gonna be at rise...Randy Deshaies and Jay Prouty are the only ones I've heard of

Friday the 30th....Steve Porter/Eli Wilkie At Avalon then Max Graham At Rise with Joe Mama (Plastic Sex Party In The Lounge)...

Then New Year's Eve there's a private party all night with multiple djs at Underbar...I'll talk to you guys about it later

I decided against going up to Montreal

Tom Bartlett, Joe Mama, Groovefire?, and i heard even Eli....There's a bunch spinning...it's gonna be open till 3 or 4

so a bunch of locals... no surprise, boston is seriously a bore to live in when it's winter time... i'm not saying locals are bad, i'm just saying that boston seriously lacks big events, i guess it's a definite 5 hours north to montreal or 5 hours south to nyc if you really want to experience something on a larger scale

Posted by Goochman on Dec-13-2005 15:29:

even if you do live outside boston, i would hope it wouldn't take you 5 hours to get to nyc

and if you're going to drive 5 hours, go to montreal
