bacardi commercial
im all for doing one's own research and finding out tracks for themselves... that being said...
i cannot for the life of me find the song the bacardi superior commercial... its the commercial that has the red splash background and a nice garage beat in it... i've asked everyone i thought would know... no avail...
so if anyone knows... please please please help me out.... this is driving me crazy not being able to find it...
just to answer some of the usual responses:
1 not putting it into the tune id section cause bacardi commericals are different depending on the country... i know that its on tv in the toronto southern ontario region
2 tried search engines.. scouring record stores, other djs, etc...

i wish i saw this ad..ur the second person to mention the tune being good.
i remember smirnoff had this really sweet high tech ad back in 98 which made me love Dylan Rhymes cos his track Naked and Ashamed was featured in it
edit: could u describe how the ad goes cos then when i call up mclaren mcann (the co that does the advertising for bacardi), i can ask them directly (we call the art directors and creative directors)

I know the commercial you are talking about, that is a good tune.
It almost seems like something Basement Jaxx would do, but i'm not sure.

alright the song is in the new bacardi ad with diet coke... zero carbs blah blah blah...
and the song is also in the menu of "the ali g show" season 2 from hbo...

they have quite the website and dj's that premote the brand. listening to soem christopher lawerence now.

agreed is a very good site... that being said the song isnt there... and bacardi replied to a friend of mine saying that the song is not available to the public... 
as for the end credits im not familiar with the bond episode... but i couldn't find it on the ali g dvd...

Hey, I've been searching for this song for the longest time too...
While I don't yet have an answer, I do have some info to throw out there. I actually came across a clip of the song in question as part of a radio broadcast. Some person on the 'net posted a log of their radio show, and I downloaded the part with the Ali G music and snipped it out. I've already gotten in touch with the guy who did the radio show; he said he just grabbed the clip from the DVD menu, and that he was actually trying to track down the song as well. I've posted on a number of forums and still have yet to find an answer.
I actually figured out the production company that put together the Ali G DVD...they are pretty well known in the industry, I guess. Their company name is 1K Studios. try www.1kdvd.com or www.one-k.com (I think the former is the newer site, the latter is older)
I've tried emailing their [email protected] (and the older site's address, respectively) which is listed on the site to track down this song title, but both came back to me as non-existent. Maybe other audiophiles and a renewed interest might have better luck getting in touch with them? At any rate, I just thought I'd pass that information along.

this tune sounds pretty similar to this Breakbeat track called CJ Bolland - Sugar is sweeter [Turn me Sweeter Remix].. or something like it.
I highly recomend the tune, quality! Its actually the second song on an aquasky mix.

Smirnoff usually has really good music in their commercials! Remember the one in the train where they were having a party...can't remember the song but I know I loved the commercial.
