after searching far and wide, I found the ID myself.
I THINK the track is "Jaimy - I Can�t let you go" on Tribo Recordings.

Tribo Recordings = Sub-label of Stereo Productions which is owned by Chus & Ceballos

I dont think the track is released yet, so i couldnt find a sample. If anyone can confirm this, that'd be great.
