Trance Ringtones

In general, how do you guys get trance ringtones on your phone? Do you buy the ringtones or have a specific program to make ringtones? Please reply. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've got a RAZR which has Bluetooth (wireless transmitting technology). I get the mp3 I want on my computer and cut it into a 15-30 sec clip using mp3 cutter-joiner (download.com) and then send the file to my phone. You can also connect your phone directly to the computer with the proper cord. Bluetooth is just easier for me. I recommend it if you have a compatible phone. You also need to buy a little 20 dollar USB Bluetooth adapter (but think of all the money you'll save on ringtones!)

I use a Nokia N70 and there's a RS-MMC card that allows you to upload mp3 tones. From there, you can choose to upload modified (cutup trance tracks which you desire) or complete tracks whichever you prefer.

It all depends on the technology your phone has. Circa 2004 Nokia(s) like the 6230 have the fuction of MMC cards which you can upload files to enable your phone to ring in a tone u see fit.

Those who use Bluetooth for transfer of files: Be sure to turn off your Bluetooth connectivity after you're done or keep your phone "invisble" as there are tons of handphone viruses out there transmitting via this technology.
