it's a really poor tournament this year. I fancy schalke to win it.

Either Lokomotiv Moscow or Olympique De Marseille shall be the winner.

Picking a fav from those is quite hard for me, i see 10-12 clubs all from about the same level, all with chances of winning the cup.

But i'll say Schalke or Shakhtar to win this.

I'll vote for Schalke to win also. With outside shot to Udinese, Bolton and Monaco

Red Star Belgrade knocked after a late Strasbourg goal. Well, Go Stuttgart then!

Don't forget about Hamburger SV.

They play a fantastic season this year, they defeated both Bayern Munich and Schalke in german league.

They only lost 1 of 16 games in the league and only got 8 from opponents.

Unfortunately van der Vaart is injured right now, but I think he will be back until februar.

And of course we had a lucky draw with Thun

Porto FTW

We are going to win it this season so screw you all!

Finished with with the best results out off all 40 teams in the group stage and the only team yet to conceed a goal in Europe this season

Sevilla won at Moscow, and Espanyol is winning at Gelsenkirchen. We'll see what Betis does against AZ.

i saw that game, Roma was poooooooooooooooooor like hell but won 1-2

Roma player got red after 25 mins or so for elbowing. First goal was a very unlucky owngoal for a Brugge player and the second one was... well... just a goal. No chances for the gay pricks and no possession at all, only alooooot of luck. Brugge played really well, prolly 70% possession or something. Alot of good chances, their goals was from Portillo, good free kick from Balaban and in the 94th minute a header from Portillo against the post

Damn fucking Roma fags. I like them less than any other team besides Liverpool atm.

Seriously. Brgge always having unluck.

Let's hope they can do something at Olimpico which I doubt they can.

it's Brugge

and i also doubt they can score two there, but on the other hand, Roma really sucked today...

Important heads up, Thanks for the heads up!

Nah, I really hope they can win over Roma on Olimpico because I'm so pissed of at their way of playing. Always fucking up things and crying over every little situation (Some things never change)..

Bosko Balaban & Javier Portillo will hopefully make sure that Brugge wins next time

I usually support almost every single Italian team in the Cup's, but it's something about Roma that annoys me and I don't like them at all.

portillo, one puto that i dont hate atm, it was just great to see a player like that come to the belgian league, i wonder what he'll do next season

Posted by zoric on Feb-15-2006 22:20:

Has he been good at Brugge this season?

Posted by The_G0dfather on Feb-15-2006 22:24:

Fairly yeah, he had to learn to work a bit more though in stead of just waiting at the front. He scored 6 in the league and two in 3 in the european cups. He's playing better and better and is off course one of the best of the squad, scored a brilliant goal with his right ! foot against Bayern too.
