if by goat you mean its one and only anagram - toga: a piece of clothing worn by people in ancient Rome, consisting of a long piece of cloth wrapped around the body and hanging loosely from the shoulders.

If this is what you meant, the answer is no. But I did stick a Snausage up my nose and try to inhale it but mostly I teared up really bad and coughed.
