Who cares if white people are the minority, they will always be in control unless its an african government. statistically and stereotypically (i know right, uh oh i said stereotypically!!") minorities, right now in the USA, are not as active in making policy as caucasians are

Not a minority, a plurality. There's a difference. The US population would have to jump to about 700 million people for whites to become an absolute minority.
