Nachos, here's the situation: If Pumas win, the Boca players and their fans will start a riot and lynch the visitors. Yeah, it will happen. Remember last year with Chivas? I do, everyday! Now, if Boca wins, good for them. They don't deserve it. And for the record, Palermo should be locked.

Pumas is actually playing well lately. So I'm cheering for them on this one, even if they get lynched after the game.

i was worried about this game... boca was playing on just a few days rest.

god was w/my place of employemnt tonite...

when pumas tied the game, i almost went on a tirade...

and during the penalties... i think i scared a few people when i was screaming obscenites in spanish, italian, and lebanese/arabic...

i was that |-| to mashing things/people. we're an insanely intense group of people (it's a cultural thing). us argies don't take losing lightly at all.

what a day... i'm just glad it's over with. w/2 trophies in on week.

uh... yeah... like pumas are bunch of angels... who always set an example of of upmost sportmanship...

pumas couldn't win at home, w/the elevation to their advantage... and they still couldn't beat a tired boca coming off just a few days rest.

aside from playing in argentina, things have been very favorable for the pumas these last two games (elevation, and now the fatigue) and they couldn't pull it off.

that's just how things go in the game... and it just didn't pan out of the pumas this time.

La Bombonera isn't a good stadium to win titles for the Mexicans. Remember Cruz Azul losing la Libertadores on PK back in 2001...

Nobody is discussing what Pumas is. The fact is this, in the last few minutes Boca's goalie comes out of the box and clearly touches the ball and is the last man. He's not given the red card. That's clear cheating if you ask me. If proper action had been taken, another result would have been at hand.

But at the end of it all you guys won the cup. Congratulations.

you know what? shit like that happens way too much in futbol in general... like the in the world cup back in the 80's in the final between argentina and germany. the german fell by him self. no one was even physically close enough to touch him... the fag tripped over his own feet. the ref charged argentina w/a penalty. that's how germany got back into the game, and they eventually won in penalties.

people still talk about the maradonna's hand of god goal... yadda, yadda...

in the one game between boca and brazil not to long ago, where brazil scored w/some 10sec left in the game. i was kinda listening to the game in passing on the radio, and it was my understanding that the ref fucked up, and created the scenario for the game to end the way it did...

you win some, you lose some. this time we won.
