Mockery aside, I like Santiago Nino's productions. I don't know who the other guy is though. Some of my favorites are:
Santiago Nino - Mirage
Hammer & Bennett - Language (Sant. Nino dub tech mix)
Santiago Nino - Believe
Ava Mea - In The End (hydroid & santiago nino remix)
