Does anyone have the MP3 player by Creative called the Zen?
I want to get an MP3 player but I can't bring myself to plop down that much cash all at once... the new Mirco Zen seems to be just like the Ipod Mini in comparison..but is like 60 bucks cheaper...which is right up my broke-university-student alley...
has anyone heard anything bad about the Zen?
Nikitha

I love it, it recharges by plugging into your pc's USB port. and it's built like a tank, mines been dropped, slept on, my grandma spilt beer on it, and itstill works.

it's also got a few other feature such as built in mircophone, can be used as a portal hard drive, and u can record off FM radio.. if u can catch a signal. ^-^ as well as time /date and it has an alarm in it

My only gripe with the Zen Micro is that it looks just plain cheap. The bright, painted faceplates practically scream "TACKY". Get with the times, Creative - people like stylish products.

I've seen it, used it. I prefer my iPod mini, but it's a damn fine MP3 player.
Matt on TA has one. Its pretty neat. I like the way it lights up.
The scroll button I found to be annoying and over-sensitive, but I suppose if you use it all the time, you'd get to know it and that prob would disappear.
Just PM Matt. He uses his as often as I use my iPod - he loves it and is VERY FAMILIAR with it... could give you ALL KINDS of personal experiences and first hand info.
You go girl, seek happy days to happy nights.

P.S. I hope you get it Nikki!!!!
