DJ Kicks series

Anybody a fan of the DJ KICKS series? I've been listening to the one by Erlend �ye and it's awesome! Has a real funky feel to it, I have no idea what to classify it as. It's not particularly dancy but it does make you want to move. Doesn't feel like prog or house and it's definitely not trance.

Anybody else dig this album?

the DJ Kicks compilations have had some pretty good cd's. they are always very eclectic, which is a good thing in my book.

erlend �ye's is a housey one. it's a decent one, it's still strange tho, it's still his name on it despite him not mixing it
