Don't know whether you'll like it, but Detroit techno is often pretty soulful..

Choice - Acid Eiffel. You.must. find. it. I know this is what you're looking for.

I started a thread entitled "The Most Beautiful Techno" You should scrounge through there. Lots of amazing recommendations. I still use it to this day!

It's less tribal than the artists u mentioned, but very soulful!
Alexander Kowalski & Funk D'Void - Can't Hold Me Back --> very nice
but i have to warn u that it got vocals, i know alot who can't stand techno with vocals
