Yes, let's all live in the past and never go forward.

Has he said if he is going to remix the old trax or is it brand new material?

well, i didn't say that...

what about the Somatic Sense releases like Fractal Structure or Carl B?

They're sounding like the old sounds, but with something of actual sounds...

that's i wanted to say, Mr Mistery...

I think hes learned from that. If he hasn't somethings seriously wrong!

Posted by Col on Dec-22-2005 15:30:

His mix CD might be on my 'buy' list.
Dunno about the artist album...

That doesn't make any sense but okay.

You're right, it didn't, but judging by the examples he provided (Carl B and Fractal Structure), he's just saying he wants epic supersaw melodies.

my poor english skills didn't allow me to speak about those "epic supersaw melodies"

get back with DJ Yves and make hardcore

Posted by RapidFire on Dec-23-2005 04:14:

well this would be his first artist and mix cd since he turned #1 three years ago and with that title his music seemed to have gone down the shitter. maybe being #1 got to his head and now that hes back go ground level he may actually churn out some quality stuff again and start giving a shit in order to win the masses back.

He dropped all the way down to #2. Hardly ground level, is it.

Posted by RapidFire on Dec-23-2005 14:50:

#2 is nowhere near number one. if you think about it the DJ list only serves to hype up the #1 spot. youre not gonna hear his MC announcing him as "The number 2 DJ in the world!".

In order to climb back up into the top spot he may just start giving a shit about the music again.

Posted by Reactic on Dec-23-2005 15:20:

I hope he will release an artist album which includes many many unknown tracks. I can remember people were pretty disappointed as they saw the tracklist of "just be", because they knew many tracks..

No it wouldn't?

ISOS 4?
Nyana?
Just Be?

Hell, Parade of the Athletes was a mix and and artist album, so I don't know what you're talking about.

Posted by slinkyhead on Dec-23-2005 17:28:

i think Tiesto has improved quite alot over the past couple of months, so hopefully this might be translated into improved productions/mix album

Posted by iammesol on Dec-23-2005 17:57:

If he keeps on making stuff like The Loves We Lost, its going to be awesome, but if we get an album full of Eastern Magik... I'm scared

ahh you give it too much credit

screwing up his mixing at his gigs is one thing, but fucking up a studio mix.. wee

Posted by s3nate on Dec-23-2005 22:15:

His set in Duplex, Prague was quite a bit different from his norm.

Posted by sigmanova on Dec-23-2005 22:24:

some new stuff might be what Tiesto needs. could be good could be bad who knows?
