Pendulum Ftw!!!

Who here likes Pendulum? I believe they are the "new" R�yksopp... A common misconception is that they are 100% DnB while they make alot of other stuff too... Their newest album Hold your Colour is awesome, and i recommend everybody to go buy it, unless you don't like to drive your car off the road, 'cus you will if you have the volume on your car stereo at a sufficient level

Only clip i found, I'm cleaning my room so I havent heard it, this post is made in kinda a hurry, but I just got so hyped when listening to the cd that I wanted everybody to hear it too lol...

My favorites from the new album are Fasten your Seatbelt and Slam. Two BRILLIANT choons!

Im sorry but this comparison cracks me up

Pendulum is very good. Some hardcore-to-the-bone junglist might disagree but I like their massive wobble-basslines & funky riffs. Hold your colour LP is definatelly worth checking out! and dont even get me started on their ESSENTIAL MIX!!!! w00t!!!

I concur, although the only thing I've heard them do outside of deebee is breaks, which is like the difference between trance and progressive house (almost none- to you all you jackasses who think listening to prog is a major departue). I would even go as far as saying Hold Your Colour is the best artist album of 2005. It's far from perfect, but the quality of the killer is sky-high, and there is so much innovation and experimentation even when it goes wrong it still sounds more interesting than competent generic deebee.

What R�yksopp did was new and exciting, it was something people hadn't heard before, I feel that Pendulum has a unique new sound, with their "massive wobble-basslines & funky riffs", which is something at least I haven't heard before, and I drop into the DnB radio stations now and then.
