thought i'd share this with you all still a lot to do, the mid sections are there atm just to give me an idea of where to go, but will be modified drastically, but still I would really love some feedback on this as it is

listening to it right now.......wow.....can't really find anything to pick apart....mixdown is great. very laid back.

if anything i would say do some kind of lead part with that whiny, light, pluck sound in the break.

other than that...wow again...i like it.

thanks for the feedback il - anyone else?

yes nice mellow tune, i like it. love the bass

im sure you could refine it more, but it sounds ok as it is..

well needs a lot of work still, the parts after the chorus's are just temporary, the breakdown will stay but be worked on more tho.

Red face Trancy

Great atmosphere carries this track along, sounds and pads give it a walking progressively sound. Wow, the melody is one of kind. You have to finish this. Although the bass seems static and has that basic 4- beat it kind of compliments the melody. Is there anyway to innovate with that bass? Perhaps give it a nice slightly distored bass, just a suggestion.
Excellent structure. Put everything in its place and you have a good trance track

glad you like it the 4/4 bass will be changed on the intro part (just some variation etc) if you notice it gets killed at the 2nd chorus for something a bit more trancey

I know this may seem like a weird way to judge tracks.... but I tend to like tracks I can imagine driving to or playing a racing game to and I could picture myself playing tokyo racer with this in the background. In other words, cool stuff so far.

i know what you mean

i used to play International Karate + on the C64 to Kate Bush - Running up that hill, for hours :-)

WOW!

I have mad respect for you dude. That track was tight. i really liked the buildup, the break (didn't lose too much energy) nice ambient sounds and there was a consistent pleasing melody thoughout. i hope that i can create mucic like you someday.

I like the melody, but something is missing. Oh yeah breakdown is nice! Nice after breakdown, it took shape. Try adding a simple arpegiator. I would add more percussion also. I like it.
