Need help with a house/trance track

I herd this track on the radio im sure its relitivly old but i really would like to know who its by... it goes something like this

do do do dodododo
*bass* *bass* bass* *bass bass bass bass*
do do do dodododo... i dont know something like that.

One part of the track it sounds like a stadium is saying it. I know I didnt give a lot of information but thats all I remember from the track.
