MORB - "TORNADO" - Where the heck does this sample come from???

The track "Tornado" by Morb has a sample in it during the break; a guy says "I was in the path of the train..."

It's sampled from a film that I was watching during nightshift a couple of weeks ago but a mental block won't let the name of the film through and I can't even think what the film was about. I might've even dreamt it??
