Bedrock - Santiago & Galen Behr - Time will tell / eye of the storm

Bedrock - Santiago. Bedrock records.

This one creeped up on me! Heard nothing about it then it was there. 'Bedrock St James mix' is the one to go for. Has a really simple but flowing melody over a slightly funky bassline. Would work well with a Way out west / Junkie XL style set.

Galen Behr - Time will tell / Eye of the storm. Yakuza records

'Time will tell'. Good trance very ASOT / Ferry / PVD. But 'Eye of the storm' takes it for me. Has a very distinctive melody at the breakdown which put me on the roof when I heard it! Excellent club stuff.

Enjoy

I did a search for both and found nothing so if you want to kick off about the post, keep it off the forum, PM me and I'll give you 10p so you can call someone who gives a fuck.............

There's a Jody set out there that's already included "Santiago." (It's not out in the wilds yet but will surface soon).

Yeah please blame me for things which happened 60 years ago when even my parents weren't born.

That's the american way of thinking...

Ah................ I have created a monster.

As for the 4 posts, blame my works network for that one. And the word fucktard - I like that, I'll use it the next time I slap your mum as she sucks me off.

Anyway.

Has anybody actually checked these tunes out that the post was about??? Before this anglo yank german bashing session started.............

Some tolerance would be nice.

Not everyone is perfect, I'm sure you are though.

And oh right, on topic: I bought Time Will Tell, but I haven't heard the B-side yet. I will do so later today. I'm curious.

I like the B-Side much more than Time will tell.

But of course Time will Tell is a dancefloor-killa.

Hmm, I listened to it yesterday, and Eye Of The Storm really IS nice.

Still, it still has to grow (lots) on me before I'll prefer it over Time Will Tell.

Really, the country dispute began with this. I'd bargain that many people from the TA 1337 would have made such a post as Di's original one (DJ Mikey Mike comes to mind). Rockabye is the one who turned it into a country battle with his anti-American superiority complex.

I seem to get along just fine with almost everyone on this board and I'm from the fucking state of Georgia.

My favorite mix of Santiago is the Hernan Cattaeneo and Martin Garcia vocal mix. It is only available as a digital download. The style of the remix reminds me a lot of Deep Dish's remix of Delerium - Innocente. Very similar groove to it, minimal but if you go for a darker prog sound it works wonders.
