Wow the place was super packed, obviously never seen Arena like this before. So many different people, some reegular Spundae crew. 
Everyone threw down some banging beats and tracks! An exceptional time was had by all and my carpool buddies,
I took some great pics and tried to rotate between the upstairs area and the main room.
I had no idea that second room exsited! haha it was a great chillout room. The air was colder, the sound was a bit lower. Thank you to all the DJ's, Promoters, and peeps that made this the best NYE party in LA.
There were a lot of people that came from the GIANT party so the line to get in was kinda long. It stopped raining so they even opened up the ferris wheel.

edit: I forgot to add, Gabreil and Dresden dropped SIA - BREATHE ME at midnight. The crowd was wild and I absolutely adore that song, it's so beautiful! Great show guys!

Just got home from the downtown afterparty... but wow! Spundae was off the hook! Amazing music, vibe, not too many washers, and it wasn't nearly as crowded as I thought it'd be. Great times 
OMG! what a great night other than losing my phone! spundae was so much fun and do i even need to say the hightlight of my night was jOOf's set and getting to dance on stage during it! 
i was stuck in line so only got to hear 10 minutes of kristina's set
got a little bit of bob and gil's but markus was on so i had to go down, sorry guys. markus, imo, spun a really good set, better than his vegas set, very solid and so much fun to dance to! too bad he had to run off! michelle you'll have to update on his performance there.
then G&D go on and of course they were good but what the hell happened to the count down? all of a sudden it was midnight and the balloons kinda start to drop and then were like oh wait it's midnight. then all of a sudden you see everyone around you trying to grab whoever to kiss. i think i managed to kiss everyone around me, woohoo, 
then the god comes on stage and gets ready for his set, the set i've been waiting for for over 2 months! and he did, imo again, the best set of the night! the best part was i got to dance on stage during his set, you have no idea how much that meant to me! i just love everything about his style, moves, interaction with the crowd and to be able to experience it that way at spundae, the happiest club on the planet, with most of my friends there and my favorite dj was just utterly amazing. you couldn't wipe the smile off my face. his set just had me on another plane! mad he didn't spin painted love though!!!!!!! other than that and M.I.K.E. getting kinda natzish with us on stage it was perfect!
didn't stay for M.I.K.E's set b/c i was searching for my phone trying to round up crystil and rich, listen to a smidgin of victor and ksky's tag team before we left for avalon. one of the best NYE 's i've had in a long time. too bad i didn't get upstairs that much for all my favorite locals but i just couldn't leave the main room.
so many people where there! so many TA's representing, so great to hang and dance and just have a blast with everyone. good to see the san fransico and the san diego crew there, always more fun with all those peeps in attendence. too many to list but you all know who was there and i had soooooo much fun. Now if someone can just find my phone please
How was Markus set? Plus, I hope you guys took pics and some video of it?

amazing night! Markus' set was bangin. He dropped Mode Hookers - Breathe and I went nuts! aother highlights were Gabriel and Dresden - Tracking Treasure down and when M.I.K.E played The Drill, had such a good night
great night, Mode Hookers - Breathe almost broke the room, everyone was going nuts!
Props to the spundae guys for having such a succesful night, we all had a blast.
Although that champagne was the worst tasting stuff EVER!

After the longset week at work. Last night was all most perfect...
I get to Spundae a little after 8. I knew that with Giant being cancled and Gene having his event at Circus I knew that Parking was going to be a bitch. I was lucky and found street parking and also suprized to see a line!
I still had plunty of time so I walked to 7-11 got gum and went back and got my spot in the line.
Kris and Mike came and Kris helped me put the finishing touches on my outfit. Walked back to the car to put my jacket and Umbrella away Ran into Carrie and Alana I almost did not reconize Carrie though
I also run into dan and Lisa in line
Spundae opens it doors right on time and the line moves pretty slowly. There was trouble with both the Grovetickes line and the Guest list. I saw the set times posted on the pole and Markus was on at 9:30!! I looked at watch it was 9:12. I had to get into Spundae and now! There was no way I was going to miss a single beat of Markus set.
Once inside Kristina sky was on but the dance floor was empty. I was wondering where everyone went to. Oh well. Kristina played a really nice opening set.
At the corner of my eye I see Markus we say Hi so I walk over there for my offical Hi. He walks over to Kris says hi to here then we go sit and chit chat for a bit. Dave T and Michelle aslo stop by
Then he gets on stage and throws down!:eyes Simply amazing. I can not even begain to ID tracks. I knew some but I am the worst at IDing! During his set the floor gets more packed I see Sarah (hot hot hot in her outfit) Crystal, Lindsy, Krister, Evan, Chris.... So many happy TA faces.
Markus set was so amazing that I was lost in the the beats and the sound. There was this one Track (I guess after Automatic?) that was so beautiful I wish I knew what it was! OMG! \O/\O/ Threw out his set I went up stage to take pictures. I was actully suprized they let people up there. While up there I see wall to wall people with just enough room to dance. Markus was totlay feeding off the crowd and loveing every min of it
A little after 11:30 Josh and Dave show up. And start setting up. the Sound guy stops the track right in the middle of it But that is ok. hehe
After Markus was done he only had a short time to chat and take pictures with people. Then we where off to TAO! WHOOOO HOOOOO!!!

So anyways... get there super early just in case there was traffic or parking issues...thankfully NOT!
Got into the club ..it was pretty empty inside considering the line outside.. By 11 the place was packed!! Certainly the highlights were chatting with Markus before his set.. ( thank you) ..Mike taking me up to see Cody!! I LOVE THAT GUY!! 
Also hanging out with my TA Buddies! It was a good night..

That line was Nuts. I asked the guys in line was going on there.
g&d, markus, j00f, mike...all four acts played excellent sets! based on the tracks josn's wife was pointing out to me, i'm really looking forward to the next g&d album. i was getting worried at the end of j00f's set that he wasn't gonna play astrix - on fire, but what do you know he closes out with that track! i was really disappointed with the countdown though, cause by the time i realized it was new years, i was surrounded by dudes 
. well that really sucked, oh well. i was reluctant to cut out half way through mike's set, but i had to book it on over to avalon to catch sander. looks like i didn't miss massive motion after all

Hey party people ...
What a blast last night ... meeting new pal Bay TA Rich, seeing all the amazing TA's ... Sarah (my partner in crime who looked fan fucking tastic) Michelle, Kris, Lindsey, Chris, Anthony, Chris, Mike, Gill, Bob, Victor, Kristina, Leanne, Scotty and everyone I am forgetting, getting to know some new faces and the wonderful Dave and Michelle (gotta love the BA TA's), (also shouts out to the Tigo's (Tigo #1 great talkking with you!), Simon, Woody and Julia who I saw at Avalon later)
Markus Rocked it, G and D's new stuff sounded fantastic, Joof's energy was unparalleled, and M.I.K.E. 1st song was good (I left right after)
Besides getting shot in the arm by the confetti machine on stage at midnight (yeah, it really hurt, but thanks Bob for iceing it for me)the night was a blast!
Thank you sooooooo much for sharing NYE with me, you are truly amazing and I adore you!
