What a night! Sander threw down some CRAZY tunes! 
I love his dvj shows!!!
I loved that washing machine song. I was cracking up so hard at the lyrics. If only the rest of the crowd knew what washing machines were!! 
The tune of the night for me was this one song with female vocals.... it went something like "float away with me".... he played this track like maybe one or two songs after that washing machine song. If anyone can help me find that song, i would REALLY appreciate it.
He played so many sick tunes..... Clovis will have to ID them though.
Ofcourse, the night had to be ruined yet AGAIN when AHP/Clubcrasher started around at 5am. WTF ever happened to Sander playing an 8 hr set? 
Anyway, nice seeing you all tonight! Made my night even better! Thank god it wasn't too packed, considering that Giant was cancelled. Glad I made it out... (and to think I was debating whether i should have gone to this or not!! lol)

I got there at 1:30, and i thought sander was spinning some decent songs. Then Washing machine came on with the video screens and lyrics and that was great. Ironically right around then, the asian Washing Machine crowd came right by us and started bouncing into us and others on the dance floor. Then one of the bitches in the group THREW UP on the dance floor. Fucken worthless. But then the set just got so slow, you could hardly even dance to it. The only time i saw the crowd energetic was when he'd quiet it down and then wait for people to react. During most of the music, people were just moving around, i didnt see any serious dancing.
I spent most of my time upstairs due to this, which was great, as they were playing some great sets up there. Id poke down to the downstairs room everyone once in a while to see if sander was gone or not, and finally at 5:10, he was. So we went back downstairs, and whoever it was spun some awesome tracks. The bass was overly loud for the first 1-2 minutes but then was fixed. I left at 6:45 due to no more energy to move my arms. I saw a LOT more people dancing and moving on the dance floor after sanders left vs when he was spinning. Mind you i got there at 1:30, so a lot of people im sure had lost a lot of energy by then.
Thats my take on it, im still a Avalon fan and always will be, and ill be there on the 7th.
Fuck AHP!!!!! those djs, if you wanna call them that, suck! they couldn't recognize a mix if it bit them! so much cheese and after the girl with no rhythem took her top off, i couldn't take it anymore and the last of the TA's and i left. atleast i got to see sander and meet him. wish i could have seen more of his set but wouldn't trade dancing for jOOf for the world! one of the best NYE i've had in a while! good to see the dark side crew and freshcoast so glad you made it out from japan! great to see you. simon, tigo 1 and 2, julia, woody, rich, crystil, clovis, ken and his brother, so nice to meet you, and sander for what i saw fucking rocked. not quite as hard as lawler but close!
It was alright. I had more fun at PVD. I just liked the fact that many of my friends were there and got to hang out with them.
Had a blast tonight....would give it a 8/10...only fucked up part was when i said goodbye to Sarah, Crystil, and i forget his name.....i got to my car....and it was broken into....stole all my cd's and the new gucci sunglasses my mom got me! happy fuckin new year....u heartless piece of shit!

Sorry I didn't make it last night. I had no energy to drive to LA last night.

awesome night. just came back home. partying with the armenian crew on a house night is always a pleasure. they are fucking hilarious! i wish avalon was more decorated with new years-type decor, because it didnt feel different from other ordinary avalon nights when you walk in. other than that, sander k was a blast. i loved that musclecar song. i barely listened to sanders innercity 2005 set and right away noticed the washing machine track at avalon which also cracked me up. good thing there wasnt a big washer turnout. just saw a couple here and there overpowered by us normal people. nice meeting lexsc400. this has got to be one of the best avalon nights to remember! cheers to everyone

we had a great night. we trapped the back right corner by the speaker box and just rocked out. Sander was on point and the patio was definatly flowin'. Cheers to all the people I met. Clovis man I went back to talk it up for a sec but couldn't find you. Good to meet you quickstyle tho. someone fucked my washing machine
oh how could i forget bas and bunny of course, sorry about that . and no i didn't get to ask him to play again, he was being mobbed as he came off the decks but i did meet him as he was heading downstairs and i told him hey bas thinks you suck! lol, jk

it was sooo hard leaving in the middle of m.i.k.e's set to go see sander, but once i got inside avalon i was like damn we should have got here earlier! 
it was a have your cake and eat it deal though cause i was already exhausted from spundae. i wish sander would come spin in sf, i *almost* stayed in town for mns just to get a proper fill. it was cool to finally meet all the 'avalon tas', that place is hands down the sickest club i've been to--the scenery that night was nice too
the only thing that sucked was the dj that came on after sander...how does a no talent assclown like that book a new years gig???? 
not only did his track selection and transitions blow, but he sodomized every song with his wannabe zabiela mixer abuse. he even mc'ed some nonsense like 'new years only happens once in a lifetime!'. i would have been content with paying $100 to see an hour of sander, but dj nobody started making me wonder where my money went.
